Blame the Dry Pen?
Writing has always taken the back seat when I’ve needed to discard an activity. It saddens me because writing and drawing were my most favorite activities in the past. However, focuses and interests change and I’m not immune to that law of life. I know I missed two weeks of guitar updates and I’m already on my next lesson. Hopefully tonight I’ll be able to whip up a post about the last few lessons and the songs and chords I’ve learned.
As for writing in general, I need to find that sweet spot, the place and setup where it encourages me to spill words upon either paper or digital canvas. The best place that I can think of at the moment would be my lanai, which I still need to get a table and chairs for. Perhaps if the tax gods are kind to me, I’ll be able to get something cheap to suit my needs.
